Follow this easy step-by-step process to help you secure your construction loan:
- Fill out an online loan application or call toll-free at 1-412-860-5004.
- Get pre-approval within 48 hours. (You may also receive “pre-approval” letters or “proof of funds” letters, which you can submit with your offer.)
- Once you are notified and have a property in mind, fill out and submit the Repair List Form and the Property Planning Form.
Once we have the forms, we will work toward a two-week closing date. Then you can get started on turning a profit on your new construction or rehabilitation project!
